Album Slimmer ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. We designed this app with a privacy-first approach.
- Your Photos Stay on Your Device (100% Local Processing)
The core functionality of Album Slimmer—including AI duplicate detection, photo scanning, and library analysis—happens entirely offline on your iPhone. We do NOT upload, transfer, or store your photos, videos, or metadata on our servers or any third-party servers. Your memories belong entirely to you.
- Personal Information Collection
We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect, harvest, or request any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, phone number, or email address.
- Third-Party Services & Subscriptions
To provide our subscription services and analyze app performance, we work with the following platform services:
• Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit): All premium transactions are processed securely by Apple. Apple may collect anonymous, aggregated data regarding your purchase history to manage your subscription status. They have absolutely no access to your photo library.
• Firebase Analytics: We use Firebase to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as button clicks, page views, and app performance logs) to help us improve the app experience. This data is entirely stripped of personal identities and cannot be traced back to you.
