Mind Crease is the data controller for Tape Peel – Layer Match ("Tape Peel," "we," "our," or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains the information the App and its service providers process, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices and rights available to you.

Information We Collect and Use

Depending on the features you use and your privacy choices, Tape Peel may process the following categories of information:

• Device identifiers and technical information, including device type, operating system, app version, app-instance identifiers, advertising identifier when App Tracking Transparency permission is granted, and identifiers used to operate, secure, attribute, measure, and improve the App.
• Gameplay content, product interaction, and diagnostic information, including level and scene progress, earned currency, stars, reward status, tool inventory, tutorial and feature interactions, advertising events, app performance, and reliability data. Progress is stored locally and may sync through Apple's private CloudKit database when iCloud is available.
• Purchase and subscription events, including verified product, transaction, purchase-status, and entitlement information needed to deliver products. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not receive or store full payment-card details.
• Advertising-related information, which may include approximate location inferred from an IP address, device and advertising identifiers, ad impressions, interactions, reward completion, revenue, and fraud-prevention information.

Analytics

With your consent, Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer may process app-instance, device, product-interaction, gameplay, purchase-event, attribution, performance, and approximate-location information to improve the App, understand level difficulty and onboarding, and measure user-acquisition campaigns.

Firebase and AppsFlyer process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We configure events to avoid intentionally sending names, email addresses, payment-card details, or personal communications. You may decline or withdraw analytics consent in Store > Privacy Choices.

Advertising and App Tracking Transparency

Tape Peel uses Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads for player-initiated rewarded advertisements. Automatic interstitial advertisements may appear only after an Assembly Scene is completed and the player chooses to continue. Ads do not appear during active gameplay, tutorials, or Standalone Tape Art levels. Peel Pass subscribers do not receive forced interstitial advertisements, but may still choose rewarded advertisements.

Before advertising and analytics SDKs start, Tape Peel lets you allow or decline game analytics and personalized advertising separately. Contextual ads may still be shown when personalized advertising is off. On iOS, Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is requested before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking. Declining either choice does not restrict gameplay, rewards, or purchases, and choices can be changed later in Store > Privacy Choices or iOS Settings.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Tape Peel offers optional purchases such as virtual coins, gameplay tools, and Peel Pass subscriptions. Prices are displayed by the App Store in your storefront currency.

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions. We receive transaction identifiers, product information, purchase status, and entitlement status needed to deliver purchases, restore eligible purchases, prevent duplicate fulfilment, and determine whether Peel Pass benefits are active.

Virtual items and currencies have no real-world monetary value and are intended solely for use within Tape Peel. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Apple account settings.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use information only to operate, secure, analyse, improve, and monetise Tape Peel as described in this policy.
